Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the EVENTO platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Use of the Platform

EVENTO is an event services marketplace operating in La Union, Philippines. The Platform connects clients ("Clients") with event service providers ("Providers") for the purpose of planning and booking event-related services including but not limited to catering, decoration, photography, sound systems, and souvenirs.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

User Accounts

You must register an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying EVENTO immediately of any unauthorized use

EVENTO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Services & Bookings

EVENTO facilitates connections between Clients and Providers but is not a party to any service agreement between them. Clients are responsible for evaluating Providers before booking. Providers are responsible for accurately representing their services, availability, and pricing.

All bookings made through the Platform are subject to the Provider's own terms of service in addition to these Terms.

Payments & Fees

Payment transactions facilitated through the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Clients pay booking fees through the Platform's designated payment methods
• EVENTO may charge service fees on transactions
• Refund policies are determined per booking and provider agreement
• EVENTO is not liable for payment disputes between Clients and Providers

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Circumventing the Platform to conduct transactions off-platform
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to compromise system integrity
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of EVENTO or other users

Intellectual Property

All content on the EVENTO Platform, including logos, design elements, and software, is the property of EVENTO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

By uploading content to the Platform (photos, descriptions, etc.), you grant EVENTO a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for Platform purposes.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. EVENTO does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services listed by Providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVENTO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Termination

EVENTO may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, EVENTO, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
